I seen this movie a while ago but I was flipping through channels and the title caught my eye again. It was Chris Rock's "I Think I Love My Wife". Chris Rocks plays a happily married man with two children and what is to be portrayed as your typical perfect marriage. He has a great job and loves his marriage but is bored because him and his wife are not sexually active. On his days to work and at work he fantasizes about other women, but never acted. To make a long story short he meets an friend from that past that is very attractive. Later she started to show up at his office for lunch and a friendly get together. She also seduces him into having sex with her and to leave his happy life. But does he has self-control or would leave his happy home?
What really grinds my gears is cheating. My theory on cheating is nothing to do with the guys emotional feelings for the girl or affection for her. I think most guys tell their significant other and make promises because they know that's what women want to hear. Ladies remember it takes two to tango. There is always a woman out there willing to cheat with him. For the ladies who questions their boyfriends about cheating, don't ask the question because you will get an answer you don't want to hear. Hey, if you forgive him that is all on you. Some people forgive to help deal with the pain and to let it go. We need to pump our breaks, not all men cheat. Women cheat too. I think it is more of an emotional cheating and they do it better. Men are more of a performance and women do it on the low. Most guys would pretend their girlfriend is not cheating on them because of their self-esteem and confidence. I believe if your with someone be with them, why be in a relationship if you are having feelings for someone else. I do not support cheating. I can continue with this blog, So be free and comment so we can have an on going conversations about this please.

"if you got a racist mind you'll be aight!"
I can come up with a lot of my favorite movies but one on my list is "Crash". I have the plot summary for those who did not see this film yet and the rating.
"The film depicts several characters living in Los Angeles, California during a 36-hour period and brings them together through car collisions, shootings, and carjacking. Through these characters' interactions, the film seeks to depict and examine not only racial tension, but also the distance between strangers in general." Also wikipedia said "Crash was nominated for six awards in the 78th Academy Awards (2005), and won three of them, including a win for Best Picture. It was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards: one for Best Supporting Actor (Matt Dillon) and the other for Best Screenplay (Paul Haggis and Robert Moresco)."

8.1/10(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0375679/)
I love this movie so much because all the character's Intertwine with each other. The ending caught me off guard. The Metaphor behind it is pretty cool and I had a connection with the stereotypes and prejudice that was going on through out the movie. I live in a neighborhood of Coney Island. As some might know it is consider to be the ghetto and a violent neighborhood. To me it is home. I don't think it is a bad place, there is a lot that goes on here that put the thought of fear into people. I am writing this because someone said to me the other day that the leading cause of this is because of minorities and blacks sticking together to cause the crimes. I am going against this because the person made it seemed like we friends with criminals and we want this. We are afraid too; I hear a gun shot, I run. No one wants to live in violence. It is coming from all racists, ethnic backgrounds and genders. What amazes me the most is that Coney Island holds history and it being one of the most popular tourist attraction. Maybe the tourist doesn't see past the rides and Nathans or they feel safe in a different part of Coney Island. My words will never do justice, it will be a never ending cycle that keeps going on. I have no personal definition for racism or stereotypes, only a text book definition. I believe people use racism to feel superior against other backgrounds or not knowing facts about the other culture. I am not saying Coney Island is a perfect neighborhood or the best but it isn't the worst. Don't blame us we do not have enough law enforcement around and if it is they are corrupted. I have an article on a shooting that recently had happen, just read the comments on the article or watch the video to see why Coney Island is portrayed to be this way.

Metaphorical Statement: It takes one toilet session to read.
To be honest I thought "Metamorphosis" By Kafka was going to be a boring piece of work but I was wrong. I really enjoyed this mini story from Kafka because it brings a old new style back to me. As I was reading, I was thinking it was pretty straight forward to understand but I still have to go deeper for a better understanding. After he turned into this bug and was separating from his family, I felt his pain of this separation he was going through with his family. He made me feel like an actual bug because how we as human stand strong over the insect life and they are very well meaningless too most humans. I don't think if Gregor had not transformed into a insect, he would not have realized how alone he is really even those who he is suppose to be closest with. Also I felt his pain and felt really sorry for him and it was not because he was living like a bug or having apples thrown at him. It was the fact that Grete did not help Gregor out anymore and shut him down. That actually made me sorry for him because she was the only one who was still in contact with and treated him as though he was still her brother. I really do think Grete is going to become the insect next, Grete is the new Gregor. She provides for the family now because the whole family stays home over from work leaving no hope in their own life. Grete has no Desire to do anything for her future so I think if this story would have continued she will be turned into an insect. Overall it was a very interesting story and pretty enjoyable to read. I did not have to dig to deep to understand the reading.

Mr. Marley
Bob Marley is my favorite musical artist because of his deep lyrics and tone. I was listening to his album a few minutes ago and I noticed most people don't know what his music is about or just know him for his "ganja" smoking ways. He had fifteen studio albums including himself and the Wailers, four live albums and eleven anthology albums. I loved all of his albums including the anthologies. I would recommend all of his albums but the one you guys should listen too is "Legend" because it was a mix of all his major break through tracks. One of my favorite tracks from the album is "Redemption Song". The lyrics are very deep and sends a very important message. "Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, None but ourselves can free our minds." I did not know he got this line from a speech by Marcus Garvey, Jr. Another favorite of mine is "Waiting In Vain". That track is a more love song, something you can just vibe too. One track that is also my favorite is "Buffalo Soldier". A lot of people have different meaning to this track, It is a protest song about how African Americans fought for survival. Those are my three notable songs, but I can keep going. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on him, because every time I tell someone that he is my favorite artist. They always ask me "how can I like Bob Marley if I don't smoke weed?" I say that is being ignorant, go home sit down and listen to what he says. I feel he brings lyrics to the people making the world understand each other better, slowly but shortly.

Kings Of Leon
A couple of months ago I heard this song "Sex on fire" by Kings Of Leon. I am not a huge fan of rock but I like to listen to it, I am more of a reggae type of dude, so for me to hear this and vibe to it so well from just one song. It is a great tune so I had to go and download the rest of the album. The song is off their fourth studio album "Only by the night". I read online that this band was out for a while now and I was flabbergasted because they are a really good band. The song "Sex On Fire" I like it more for the production than lyrics but overall it has a really nice flow to it. Another really good song is "Use somebody" is pretty cool as well it has a good tone to the track, I actually listen to this track to relax or do my homework listening to it and even on my way home from work. The song that amazes me most besides "Sex on fire" is "Crawl". That track is my other favorite because I myself produce music and the guitar and the baseline of this song is really good. Also the lyrics of this song are strong because its on anti-war and one great line is "The reds and the whites and abused the crucified USA as every prophecy unfolds oh, hell is surely on its way." I think you guys should listen to any of those three tracks and you are most likely go on You Tube and listen to them or maybe you already heard of them because I did not know they existed until a few months ago. I let a few of my friends listen to their songs and now they have either two or three songs on their Itunes.

The "Biggest" dunk of the night .
NBA All-Star Saturday holds events, challenges, and performances giving the NBA players a chance to show their talent on a stage that we aren’t able to see in the actual game. The Saturday event is suppose to hold all the hype leading up to the All-Star game on Sunday. The final event is usually the best, and have everyone waiting impatiently that of course is the dunk contest. Dwight “Superman” Howard's performance from a year ago will go down as one of the most memorable performances in recent memory of this century since Vince Carter sucked the gravity right out of the arena. New York Knicks guard Nate Robinson beat defending champion Dwight Howard of Orlando in what was called an “electrifying” slam dunk contest, winning 52 percent of fans' votes. I still don’t understand how could Nate Robinson beat Howard last night or even get into the final round. Don’t get me wrong I love Nate Robinson and the heart he brings to the game but his dunks weren’t creative or new. The contest isn’t about dunks anymore, it’s about who can be more creative and hype the fans up. This whole Superman Vs. Kryptonite theme was obviously planned ahead of time. When the contestants were announced, Smith and Fernandez were rather unenthusiastic compared to Howard and Robinson. In an all-green Knicks uniform with bright green shoes, the 5-foot-9 "Lex Luthor" just made the dunk contest into a marketing deal, what a shame. They gave what the fans wanted to see, even if Nate did the same exact dunk to win in 2006. "I got the championship back to New York City," Robinson said. At least we have some kind of trophy in the heart of the city.
